As head of the Product Design and Research teams, I oversaw a diverse and growing team of 20+ members, successfully expanding it to 26. I strategically recruited and hired design and research professionals at all levels, fostering a high-performing culture across 4 tribes. I also drove the implementation of new review, planning, and design processes, optimising team efficiency and empowering individual growth.
